Basic Clean
A quick and efficient tidy-up before deep cleaning. Includes:
✔ Floors: Swept, vacuumed, and mopped, including baseboards.
✔ Surfaces: All surfaces wiped down.
✔ Bathrooms: Showers, tubs, and glass wiped down; sinks, mirrors, and outside of cabinets cleaned; toilets disinfected inside and out.
✔ Kitchens: Exterior of appliances cleaned, sinks wiped down, dirty dishes loaded into the dishwasher (if empty), and outside of cabinets wiped.
✔ Dining Area: Tables and chairs wiped down.
✔ Laundry Room: Exterior of appliances wiped down.
✔ Trash Removal: All small trash cans emptied, with fresh liners provided.
Deep Clean
Includes everything in the Basic Clean, plus:
✔ Windows (inside only) cleaned.
✔ Light fixtures and ceiling fans dusted and wiped.
✔ Appliances (inside and out) thoroughly cleaned.
✔ Bedding washed and neatly replaced on beds.
Move-Out Clean
A thorough top-to-bottom clean, ideal for moving out. Includes everything in the Deep Clean, plus:
✔ Interior of all cabinets cleaned.
