Company Policies

1. Booking & Estimates Policy

  • Customers may request a free estimate via our website, phone, or email.
  • Pricing is determined based on the information provided and may be adjusted after an in-person evaluation.

Deposits

  • Large or specialty cleaning jobs may require a deposit to secure the booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment.

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout fee of 50% of the service price will apply.
  • Rescheduling is allowed at no charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Late payments beyond 48 hours will be subject to a $25 late fee.

  • Refunds are not provided unless service was not completed as agreed.
  • Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Customer Responsibilities Policy

To ensure efficient service, customers must:

  • Provide accurate details about the space to be cleaned.
  • Ensure clear access to all rooms requiring service.
  • Secure fragile, valuable, or sentimental items before our arrival.

AudelCompany LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged items that were not properly stored before service.


6. Liability & Damage Policy

  • AudelCompany LLC is fully insured for liability purposes.
  • We take great care in handling your home or business, but we are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
    • Damage to unsecured items that were not properly stored before cleaning.
    • Minor accidental damage, such as scuffs or marks that may occur during routine cleaning.

Reporting Damages

If accidental damage occurs due to our negligence, customers must:

  1. Report the incident within 24 hours of service completion.
  2. Allow us to inspect and assess the situation.
  3. If applicable, we will work with our insurance provider to resolve the issue.

7. Use of Eco-Friendly Products Policy

  • We use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for families and pets.
  • If a customer has specific cleaning product preferences, they must notify us before booking.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities unless we were informed in advance.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

  • We value your privacy and do not share personal information with third parties.
  • Any photos of cleaned spaces used for marketing purposes will be shared only with customer consent.
  • All customer communication with AudelCompany LLC is strictly confidential.

9. Right to Refuse Service Policy

AudelCompany LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • The environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous (e.g., presence of mold, biohazards, pests, excessive hoarding, etc.).
  • The property is too cluttered to complete the service effectively.
  • A customer is verbally abusive, threatening, or disrespectful toward our staff.

If service is declined upon arrival due to any of these reasons, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge will apply.


10. Warranties & Legal Disclaimers

Limited Warranty

  • We warrant that our cleaning services will be performed in a professional and competent manner.
  • This warranty does not cover issues arising from customer negligence, misuse, or failure to maintain cleanliness after service.

Limitation of Liability

  • AudelCompany LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

Indemnification

  • By using our services, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless AudelCompany LLC from any claims, losses, damages, or legal actions resulting from the service provided.

Compliance with Florida Law

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
  • Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in a court located in [Insert County], Florida.
