1. Introduction

AudelCompany LLC is a woman-owned, family-operated cleaning and organizing business. We specialize in providing high-quality cleaning services tailored to your needs. These terms ensure transparency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.


2. Services Provided

AudelCompany LLC offers professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including:

  • General home cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Organization and decluttering
  • Commercial office cleaning
  • Custom cleaning services (upon request)

Services are performed based on the agreed scope at the time of booking. Any additional requests must be communicated in advance.


3. Booking, Pricing & Estimates

3.1 Booking Process

  • Customers may book services via our website, phone, or email.
  • Appointments are subject to availability and confirmed after payment (if required).
  • Service dates and times are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.2 Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are free and based on the customer’s description.
  • The final cost is determined by factors such as:
    • Size and condition of the space
    • Type of cleaning service required
    • Additional requests or special cleaning needs
  • We provide flat-rate pricing or hourly rates, depending on the service.
  • Extra charges may apply for excessive dirt, clutter, or additional requests made after booking.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • For recurring services, customers may opt for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly billing.
  • Late payments are subject to a $25 late fee after 48 hours.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

5.1 Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a lockout fee equal to 50% of the service charge will apply.

5.2 Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment at no charge.
  • Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure efficient service, customers must:

  • Provide accurate information when booking.
  • Ensure clear access to all areas requiring cleaning.
  • Secure fragile or valuable items before the cleaning session.

AudelCompany LLC is not responsible for misplaced or damaged personal items that were not properly secured before service.


7. Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee

At AudelCompany LLC, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

  • If you are unsatisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.
  • Refunds are not provided unless service was not completed as agreed.
  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

  • We do not move heavy furniture or appliances unless previously arranged.
  • We do not clean biohazardous materials, mold, or pest infestations.
  • We cannot guarantee stain removal, as results vary based on surface type and age of stains.
  • Excessively cluttered or hazardous spaces may be refused upon arrival.

9. Liability & Insurance

  • AudelCompany LLC is fully insured for liability purposes.
  • We take great care to avoid property damage, but we are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damages
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Items that were unsecured before cleaning
  • In the event of accidental damage, customers must report it within 24 hours, and we will assess the situation accordingly.

10. Use of Eco-Friendly Products

We use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for families, children, and pets. If you prefer a specific product, please inform us before booking.


11. Privacy Policy

  • We value your privacy and do not share your information with third parties.
  • Photos of cleaned spaces may be used for marketing only with customer permission.
  • All communication with AudelCompany LLC is confidential.

12. Warranties & Service Guarantee

  • We guarantee professional, high-quality service on every visit.
  • If a service is missed or incomplete, we will return within 24-48 hours to correct the issue.
  • We do not guarantee that all stains, odors, or buildup can be removed.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

AudelCompany LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies agreement to the updated terms.
