3. Booking, Pricing & Estimates
3.1 Booking Process
- Customers may book services via our website, phone, or email.
- Appointments are subject to availability and confirmed after payment (if required).
- Service dates and times are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.2 Estimates & Pricing
- Estimates are free and based on the customer’s description.
- The final cost is determined by factors such as:

4. Payment Terms

AudelCompany LLC is not responsible for misplaced or damaged personal items that were not properly secured before service.
7. Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee
At AudelCompany LLC, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
- If you are unsatisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.
- Refunds are not provided unless service was not completed as agreed.
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Service Limitations & Disclaimers
- We do not move heavy furniture or appliances unless previously arranged.
- We do not clean biohazardous materials, mold, or pest infestations.
- We cannot guarantee stain removal, as results vary based on surface type and age of stains.
- Excessively cluttered or hazardous spaces may be refused upon arrival.
9. Liability & Insurance
- AudelCompany LLC is fully insured for liability purposes.
- We take great care to avoid property damage, but we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damages
- Normal wear and tear
- Items that were unsecured before cleaning
- In the event of accidental damage, customers must report it within 24 hours, and we will assess the situation accordingly.
10. Use of Eco-Friendly Products
We use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for families, children, and pets. If you prefer a specific product, please inform us before booking.
11. Privacy Policy
- We value your privacy and do not share your information with third parties.
- Photos of cleaned spaces may be used for marketing only with customer permission.

12. Warranties & Service Guarantee
- We guarantee professional, high-quality service on every visit.
- If a service is missed or incomplete, we will return within 24-48 hours to correct the issue.
- We do not guarantee that all stains, odors, or buildup can be removed.
